Amazing Kids' Lemonade Stand by JP Wood Crafting is a professionally built, custom stand available for purchase through Etsy.  The stand features and pitched canopy roof made of wood and PVC that can be painted yellow or any color you wish and is detachable. Dimensions of the stand shown in photos are 42” long x 24” wide x 35” tall with 2” wheels. Total height with canopy is approximately 82”. The stand comes with painted marquee with white letters: LEMONADE and framed chalk board that are both detachable. Personalization on canopy is available for an additional charge.

The design & very sturdy lumber make the stand extremely durable, it is an excellent choice for customers looking for long-term use such as schools, churches, or day-care facilities.

The material is listed as thick plywood and the dimensions are 22 inches deep, 46 inches wide, and 70 inches tall. This carboard lemonade stand from Cardboard People is available on Amazon and from other retailers and provides an inexpensive way to purchase a stand. Reviews are mixed and I wouldn't expect it to last for many uses but this may be a good get-started-quick option for a small budget. Although oriented towards pretend play, the stand could be used to sell lemonade.  The stand is 35 inches wide, 58 inches tall, and 13 inches deep and has an incorporated cardboard counter but you will likely need a real table to hold your lemonade and other supplies. Amazon has both a finished/pre-colored version and a color-your-own version available.
